Ms. Catarina M. Benitez is a fierce advocate for families, homeowners, and businesses. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Fresno County Bar Association, and Fresno County Women Lawyers Association.

Tisha joined Lawvex in November 2011 while attending Fresno State University. Initially, Tisha served as a legal assistant handling filing, scanning and document management. Tisha went on to serve as an Intake Coordinator in Clovis and graduated from Fresno State University with Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management. Tisha became a Certified Paralegal in 2015. Tisha is responsible for much of the Clovis and Madera office administration including human resources, billing, advance client expenses, vendors, accounts payable, accounts receivable, filing and document management. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Marisa Gonzales

Marisa joined Lawvex in June, 2016 and graduated as a Certified Paralegal from Fresno City College. Initially, Marisa served as Intake Coordinator in Clovis but within a year she quickly learned and was trained in drafting and supporting our estate planning Family Foundations and Family Wealth Planning programs. Marisa has gone on to grow her knowledge and experience to include probate and trust administration notices, pleadings, correspondence and has made filings across California in probate courts including Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Stanislaus, Riverside, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara counties. Marisa also provides litigation and discovery support for our growing trust and estate litigation practice.

 

 

 

Rikki Walther

Intake Coordinator – Clovis Office, Certified Paralegal

Rikki joined Lawvex in October, 2017 and graduated as a Certified Paralegal from Fresno City College. Rikki’s outgoing and friendly personality makes her a natural as our Intake Coordinator in Clovis. Rikki is also very active in maintaining our networking and referral relationships with other law firms, financial and insurance advisors as well as charitable organizations. Carmen joined Lawvex in January of 2020 after over 15 years experience as a legal assistant working with the Law Office of Steven Mortimer (retired) in real estate, estate planning and trusts and estates in her hometown of Madera. Carmen speaks both English and Spanish, and is a self-described “people person.” So, Carmen loves the relationships she has built over the years and her interactions with clients and is ideal for our Intake Coordinator position in Madera.
