Chief Operating Officer
Tisha joined Lawvex in November, 2011 and is the firm’s longest tenured employee. Tisha has personally worked her way up as she performed every administrative role in the firm from reception, legal assistant, file clerk, intake coordinator, to billing specialist. Tisha holds a B.S. in Business Management from Fresno State University, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Tisha became a Certified Paralegals in 2015 and has performed administrative leadership roles as Office Manager, Lead Paralegal, and, most recently, Director of Operations.
Tisha now serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and oversees all administrative and supportive aspects of the firm, with the exception of marketing including: reception, office management, legal assistants, physical office spaces, document management, billing, payables, receivables, human resource management, as well as recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new team members. More importantly, Tisha is responsible for creating and maintaining the firm’s proprietary processes and procedures such as the Probate Pathway, Family Foundations Planning and Family Wealth Planning, that document how the firm functions within our practice areas.

Layla spent over 30 years in Hospitality Operations, Sales, and Financial Management. After a brief retirement she is joining the Lawvex Team. Layla loves to spend time with her children, grandchildren, and pup Callaway. Layla has a strong commitment to impacting her community positively.

Danielle Magann

As Office Manager, Danielle is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service while supporting efficient firm operations and team success. Her role extends beyond administrative responsibilities and includes assisting with client intake, scheduling, and a wide range of operational and support functions. Known for her reliability, professionalism, and people-first approach, Danielle strives to create positive experiences for both clients and colleagues. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two young children.”
ERIN HENDERSON
CONTROLLER
Erin joined Lawvex in 2023 as our Billing Specialist. Erin now serves as the Firm’s Controller and oversees billing and collections, accounts payable and receivable, as well as, various financial aspects within our firm. Erin successfully uses her love and skill with numbers to assist in maintaining data and collaborate with our CEO and COO to keep the Firm moving forward.
Erin has over 20 years experience in office support, including administrative support, financial data, accounts payable and receivable and billing.
During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children and fur babies, interior decorating and yoga.

After years in Silicon Valley, Erica made a bold move to California’s Central Valley, bringing with her a rich background in hospitality, sales, and administrative operations. Along the way, she discovered a passion for helping others navigate complex systems, which led her to a role as a legal assistant—supporting clients through intake, scheduling, and the daily flow of a fast-paced office with care and precision. A proud wife and mother of two energetic boys, Erica balances her professional life with a love for her family and three loyal pups. Her journey—both personal and professional—has shaped her into a compassionate, dependable, and detail oriented professional who thrives on creating positive experiences for everyone she encounters.
