Courtney Beitey
LAW CLERK – ESTATE PLANNING, TRUST ADMINISTRATION
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Fresno State University in 2009 and then joined Lawvex in 2012 as an Intake Coordinator. She became a Certified Paralegal in 2015. A move in 2016 meant that Courtney would leave Lawvex but after a four-year hiatus, she rejoined the team in 2020 as a Trusts and Estates Paralegal, drafting estate plans and related documents. In addition to estate planning, Courtney has experience in probate, and trust administration and has been a licensed notary public.
Angela Lopez
LAW CLERK – ESTATE PLANNING, TRUST ADMINISTRATION
Angela Lopez earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz in 2017, and earned her Certificate of Achievement in Paralegal Studies from Fresno City College in 2021. Unsatisfied with stopping there, she is currently a student at San Joaquin College of Law, working to earn her Juris Doctor and climb to even greater heights. Angela joined Lawvex in August 2021, and has worn many hats, but her passion for education and advocacy has not changed. Angela is bilingual and able to assist clients in English and in Spanish.
Kristina Miles
Certified Paralegal – Probate, Corporate
Kristina earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Athens State University in 2013 and began her career as a paralegal. She previously worked on Litigation, Estate Planning, Probate, Family Law, Real Estate, LLC Formation, and Criminal cases for a small law firm in Scottsboro, Alabama. Kristina joined Lawvex in 2022 specializing in Probate and Litigation.
