Gary L. Winter
CEO
Mr. Winter is the founder and CEO of Lawvex and Probate Pathway. His personal mission is for everyone to have an estate plan and drama free inheritance because he lost his mother, Linda Luan Winter, to cancer at age 19, and his family did not have an estate plan.
After 11 years as a commercial airline pilot, he was furloughed after 9/11 and went to law school. Mr. Winter has used his airline experience with systems, training, checklists and leadership to create workflows and bring standardization for estate and business planning, probate and trust administration.
Mr. Winter has practiced law for 20 years, has prepared thousands of estate and business plans, and now helps probate and estate attorneys nationwide build and improve their probate practices with his Probate Pathway system. He has presented to hundreds of groups and been a podcast guest on cloud-based and decentralized law practice management, marketing, remote work, charitable giving, solar and cryptocurrency. Mr. Winter is an Adjunct Faculty member and Professor of Legal Technology at San Joaquin College of Law, a member of the Board of Directors of the Clovis Chamber of Commerce and the Clovis Way of Life Foundation and a Licensed Airline Transport Pilot.
